以就业为导向的中医药院校创新创业教育路径研究

Research on the path of innovation and entrepreneurship education in TCM colleges and universities based on employment

为探索中医药院校创新创业教育路径,推动创业带动就业,缓解就业压力,提高就业质量,针对国内中医药院校开展创新创业教育中存在的学生创新创业动力不足、教育方式与水平有待提升、项目科研成果转化度低、服务平台有待进一步完善的问题,提出“将生涯规划与创新创业相融合、将专业教育与创新创业相融合、构建多学科交叉融合交流平台、精准分层搭建一站式服务平台”的以就业为导向的创新创业模式,以期为创新型人才培养做出贡献。

In order to explore the path of innovation and entrepreneurship education in TCM colleges and universities, promote entrepreneurship to drive employment, ease employment pressure and improve employment quality, aiming at problems including the lack of innovation and entre-preneurial motivation of students in the innovation and entrepreneurship education in domestic TCM colleges and universities, education methods and levels which need to be further improved, low transformation level of scientific and research fruits as well as service platforms which need to be promoted, this paper proposes the innovative and entrepreneurial mode of “integrating career planning and professional education together with innovation and entrepreneurship, constructing a multiple interdisciplinary exchange platform and building one-stop service platform based on precise layering” oriented by employment, so as to make contribution to cultivate innovative talents.
