临床医学专业学位研究生科研能力培养的思考

Reflection and suggestions on the cultivation of scientific research ability of professional master students in Clinical Medicine

临床医学专业学位研究生由于侧重于临床能力的锻炼,易忽视科研能力的培养,存在“临床强,科研弱”的现象。然而,科研能力是研究生必不可少的基本科学素养,是影响研究生未来发展的重要因素。文章针对导致专业学位研究生科研弱的潜在因素进行分析,结合多年的各个类型研究生的培养经历,从具体实施方式上对临床专业学位研究生科研能力培养提出几点建议。

As professional master students mainly focus on the training of clinical ability but ignore the cultivation of scientific research ability, there is a phenomenon of “being excellent in clinical practice but poor in scientific research”. However, scientific research ability is an indispen-sable scientific ability for postgraduates, and also an important factor affecting the future develop-ment of postgraduates. This paper analyzed the potential factors that lead to the poor scientific research ability of professional master students, and put forward specific suggestions based on the teaching experience of cultivating postgraduates.
