摘要
临床规培阶段是培养医师“德医双馨”的关键时期,课程思政既是教学内容也是教学手段。为有效应对老龄化社会带来的挑战,提升老年医学科医师的综合服务水平,以临床具体案例为依托,深度挖掘病史中的思政元素,将其与理想信念、核心价值有机融合,形成课程思政的理论基础;以临床问题为导向,建立疾病发生与思政元素的内在联系,激发住院医师工作学习的主动性与积极性。在解决问题的过程中,既突出了课程思政在培养高尚医德中的作用,又提高了住院医师的专业实践能力。
The standardized training course is the key period to achieve medical ethics and skills for the residents. Course-based ideological and political education is not only the content but also the method for Gerontology. To effectively cope with the challenges brought by the aging society and improve the comprehensive service level of doctors in Geriatrics, this paper, with the basis of detailed clinical cases, deeply explores the ideological and political elements in medical history and integrates them with ideal and belief and core value, forming the theoretical basis of course-based ideological and political education. Oriented by clinical problems, this paper also constructs the intrinsic link between occurrence of disease and ideological and political elements, boosting residents’ working and learning initiative. During the process to solve problems, it not only highlights the function of course-based ideological and political education in cultivating noble medical ethics, but also improves residents’ practical ability.
