益肾健骨汤辅助治疗创伤性骨折患者的效果及对骨折愈合速度、骨代谢指标及并发症的影响

Effect of Yishen Jiangu Decoction in Adjuvant Treatment of Traumatic Fracture and Its Influence on Fracture Healing Speed,Bone Metabolism Index and Complications

目的:探讨益肾健骨汤辅助治疗创伤性骨折患者的效果及对骨折愈合速度、骨代谢指标及并发症的影响。方法:选取2020年6月-2021年6月广州中医药大学第三附属医院收治的100例创伤性骨折患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组50例。常规组给予常规治疗,联合组在常规组基础上予以益肾健骨汤治疗,观察两组的临床疗效、骨折愈合时间、骨代谢情况及并发症发生率。结果:随访结束后,联合组总有效率为94.00%,高于常规组的80.00%(P<0.05);联合组骨折愈合时间短于常规组(P<0.05)。术前两组的25-羟基维生素D(25-OH-VD)、β-胶原特殊序列(β-cross laps)、骨钙素(BGP)及甲状旁腺素(PTH)对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访结束后,联合组的25-OH-VD和BGP高于常规组,β-cross laps、PTH低于常规组(P<0.05)。联合组的并发症发生率为4.00%,显著低于常规组的16.00%(P<0.05)。结论:益肾健骨汤辅助治疗创伤性骨折患者可改善骨代谢,加快骨折愈合,提高治疗效果,且术后并发症发生率更低。

Objective:To explore the effect of Yishen Jiangu Decoction in the adjuvant treatment of traumatic fracture and its influence on the fracture healing speed,bone metabolism index and complications.Method:A total of 100 patients with traumatic fracture treated in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected,and they were divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The routine group was given routine treatment,while the combined group was given Yishen Jiangu Decoction on the basis of the routine group.The clinical efficacy,fracture healing speed,bone metabolism and complication rate of the two groups were observed.Result:After the follow-up,the total effective rate in the combined group was 94.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the routine group(P<0.05).The fracture healing time in the combined group was shorter than that in the routine group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in 25-hydroxy vitamin D(25-OH-VD),β-cross laps,bone gamma-carboxyglutamic-acid-containing proteins(BGP)and parathyroid hormone(PTH)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After follow-up,the 25-OH-VD and BGP in the combined group were higher than those in the routine group,whileβ-cross laps and PTH were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The complication rate in combined group was 4.00%,which was significantly lower than that 16.00%in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yishen Jiangu Decoction can improve bone metabolism,accelerate fracture healing and improve the therapeutic effect in the adjuvant treatment of traumatic fracture,and the incidence of postoperative complications is lower.
