瑞巴派特在胃溃疡患者中的应用效果

Effect of Rebamipide in Patients with Gastric Ulcer

目的:探讨瑞巴派特治疗胃溃疡的临床效果及其对胃黏膜修复等指标的临床影响。方法:选取2018年12月-2020年1月南安市总医院梅山院区和福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院收治的胃溃疡患者122例为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组(铝碳酸镁治疗)和研究组(瑞巴派特治疗),每组61例。比较两组临床疗效、胃黏膜形态学评分、炎症因子指标及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组治疗1、2个疗程总有效率分别为78.69%和96.72%,均高于对照组的59.02%和85.25%(P<0.05)。研究组治疗1、2个疗程胃黏膜形态学评分与炎症因子指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为6.56%,低于对照组的14.75%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:瑞巴派特治疗胃溃疡,能加速胃黏膜修复,有效控制炎症反应过程,明显提升临床综合治疗效果,是临床治疗胃溃疡的理想方案之一。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Rebamipide in the treatment of gastric ulcer and its influence on the indexes such as gastric mucosal repair.Method:A total of 122 patients with gastric ulcers who treated in Meishan District,Nan’an City General Hospital and Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from December 2018 to January 2020 were divided into the control group(Magnesium Aluminum Carbonate)and the study group(Rebamipide)by random number table method,61 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,gastric mucosal morphological scores,inflammatory factor indicators and incidence of adverse reactions of two groups were observed and compared.Result:The total effective rates of 1 and 2 courses of treatment in the study group were 78.69% and 96.72% respectively,which were higher than 59.02% and 85.25% of the control group(P<0.05).The morphological scores of gastric mucosa and the indexes of inflammatory factors of 1 and 2 courses of treatment in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 6.56%,which was lower than 14.75% in the control group,but there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of gastric ulcer with Rebamipide can accelerate the repair of gastric mucosa,effectively control the inflammatory reaction process,and significantly improve the clinical comprehensive treatment effect,it is one of the ideal schemes for the clinical treatment of gastric ulcer.
