GSK3β、TLR-4在早期胃癌患者中的表达及与Hp感染的相关性探究

Expression of GSK3βand TLR-4 in Early Gastric Cancer Patients and Its Correlation with Hp Infection

目的:研究糖原合成酶激酶3β(GSK-3β)、Toll样受体4(TLR-4)在早期胃癌患者中的表达及与幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的相关性。方法:本文选取2018年11月-2020年11月在海安市中医院就诊的早期胃癌患者94例,其中Hp感染阳性40例为阳性胃癌组,Hp感染阴性54例为阴性胃癌组。选取同时期在本院健康体检正常的志愿者30例为对照组。所有研究对象均采集静脉血检测血清GSK3β、TLR-4表达,分析其血清表达与早期胃癌患者Hp感染的关系。结果:与对照组相比,阳性胃癌组、阴性胃癌组GSK3β表达高,TLR-4表达低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与阴性胃癌组相比,阳性胃癌组GSK3β表达高,TLR-4表达低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析GSK3β、TLR-4预测早期胃癌Hp感染曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.745、0.721。GSK3β表达与Hp感染呈正相关,TLR-4表达与Hp感染呈负相关(P=0.001)。结论:早期胃癌Hp感染患者血清GSK3β、TLR-4表达异常,GSK3β、TLR-4表达水平高低与Hp感染具有相关性,GSK3β、TLR-4是早期胃癌Hp感染的风险预测因子。

Objective:To study the expression of glycogen synthase kinase-3β(GSK-3β)and toll-like receptor 4(TLR-4)in patients with early gastric cancer and their correlation with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection.Method:In this paper,94 patients with early gastric cancer treated in Hai’an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2018 to November 2020 were selected.Among them,40 patients with Hp infection were divided into positive gastric cancer group and 54 Hp negative cases were divided into negative gastric cancer group.Thirty healthy volunteers in our hospital during the same period were selected and divided into control group.Venous blood was collected from all subjects to detect the expression of GSK3β and TLR-4 in serum and analyze the relationship between serum expression and Hp infection in patients with early gastric cancer.Result:Compared with the control group,the expression of GSK3β was higher and TLR-4 was lower in the positive and negative gastric cancer groups(P<0.05).Compared with negative gastric cancer group,GSK3β expression was higher and TLR-4 expression was lower in positive gastric cancer group(P<0.05).Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of GSK3β and TLR-4 in predicting Hp infection in early gastric cancer were 0.745 and 0.721,respectively.GSK3β expression was positively correlated with Hp infection,and TLR-4 expression was negatively correlated with Hp infection(P=0.001).Conclusion:The expression levels of GSK3β and TLR-4 in early gastric cancer patients with Hp infection were abnormal,and which were correlated with Hp infection.GSK3β and TLR-4 were risk predictors of Hp infection in early gastric cancer.
