绘画疗法对食管癌放化疗患者心理调适、癌因性疲乏及睡眠质量的影响

Effects of Painting Therapy on Psychological Adjustment,Cancer-related Fatigue and Sleep Quality in Patients with Esophageal Cancer Undergoing Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy

目的:分析绘画疗法对食管癌放化疗患者心理调适、癌因性疲乏及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取南通市肿瘤医院2019年1月1日-2020年6月1日诊治的食管癌放化疗患者86例,采用简单数字分组法分成常规组和干预组,每组43例。常规组接受常规干预,干预组接受绘画疗法干预。干预前后评定两组心理调适、癌因性疲乏及睡眠质量,统计两组不良反应。结果:干预组干预后SDS、SAS、睡眠质量、睡眠时间、催眠药物评分均低于常规组(P<0.05)。干预组干预后整体评估、行为、情感评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。干预组不良反应发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:绘画疗法能显著改善食管癌放化疗患者心理状态,减少癌因性疲乏,提升睡眠质量,减少放化疗不良反应,建议使用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of painting therapy on psychological adjustment,cancer-related fatigue and sleep quality in patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Method:A total of 86 patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy who diagnosed and treated in Nantong Cancer Hospital from January 1,2019 to June 1,2020 were selected and divided into the routine group and the intervention group by simple numerical grouping method,43 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine intervention,and the intervention group was given painting therapy intervention.The psychological adjustment,cancer-related fatigue and sleep quality of two groups before and after intervention were evaluated,and the adverse reactions of two groups were counted.Result:The scores of SDS,SAS,sleep quality,sleeping time and hypnotic drugs in the intervention group after intervention were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The overall assessment,behavioral and emotional scores in the intervention group after intervention were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions rate in the intervention group was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Painting therapy can significantly improve the psychological state of patients with esophageal cancer radiotherapy and chemotherapy,reduce cancer-related fatigue,improve sleep quality,and reduce the adverse reactions of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,it is recommended to use.
