摘要
目的:探讨医学实习生新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎,COVID-19)认知情况及其对职业态度的影响。方法:选择2020年3-6月成都医学院第一附属医院及成都市第七人民医院的928例医学实习生进行研究。采用王燕设计的《医学生职业态度问卷》及自制新冠肺炎认知问卷进行调查,分析不同特征医学实习生各问卷得分,并对《医学生职业态度问卷》得分与自制新冠肺炎认知问卷得分进行相关性分析。结果:本次调查的928例医学实习生中《医学生职业态度问卷》职业价值观、职业期望及职业满意度得分分别为(17.03±3.04)、(10.03±2.72)、(16.33±3.24)分,总分为(43.17±5.96)分;新冠肺炎认知问卷得分为(71.04±14.03)分。不同性别、专业实习生的《医学生职业态度问卷》及新冠肺炎认知问卷得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但本科及以上学历的医学实习生《医学生职业态度问卷》及新冠肺炎认知问卷得分高于中专和大专(P<0.05)。相关性分析结果显示医学实习生新冠肺炎认知问卷得分与《医学生职业态度问卷》各维度得分及总分均呈显著正相关关系(r<0,P<0.05)。结论:医学实习生新冠肺炎认知情有待提高,新冠肺炎的认知的提高可提高医学实习生的职业态度。
Objective:To explore the cognition of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)among medical interns and its influence on professional attitudes.Method:A total of 928 medical interns from the First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College and Chengdu Seventh People’s Hospital from March to June 2020 were selected for research.The Medical Students’Professional Attitude Questionnaire designed by Wang Yan and the self-made COVID-19 cognition questionnaire were used to investigate.Analyzed the scores of each questionnaire of medical interns with different characteristics,and the correlation between the scores of the Medical Students’Professional Attitude Questionnaire and the self-made COVID-19 cognition questionnaire.Result:Among 928 medical interns in this survey,the scores of occupational values,occupational expectations and occupational satisfaction in the Medical Students’Professional Attitude Questionnaire were(17.03±3.04)points,(10.03±2.72)points and(16.33±3.24)points respectively,with a total score of(43.17±5.96)points.The score of COVID-19 cognition questionnaire was(71.04±14.03)points.There were no significant differences in the scores of Medical Students’Professional Attitude Questionnaire and COVID-19 cognition questionnaire among interns of different genders and specialties(P>0.05).However,medical interns with bachelor’s degree or above scored higher on the Medical Students’Professional Attitude Questionnaire and COVID-19 cognition than those in technical secondary schools and colleges(P<0.05).The results of correlation analysis showed that the scores of the COVID-19 cognition questionnaire of medical interns were significantly positively correlated with the scores of all dimensions and the total score of Medical Students’Professional Attitude Questionnaire(r<0,P<0.05).Conclusion:The cognition of COVID-19 of medical interns needs to be improved.The improvement of cognition of COVID-19 can improve the professional attitude of medical interns.
