中医药治疗胃食管反流病的研究现状

Research Status of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

胃食管反流病(gastroesophageal reflux disease,GERD)作为脾胃病常见的难治性疾患,其病情迁延反复难愈且易发展为恶性肿瘤,严重影响患者的生存质量。现代医学多从抑酸及促进胃动力两个方面治疗,但疗效多不稳定且容易复发。中医药在防治GERD方面具有独特优势,并且日渐受到患者的青睐。本文从中医对GERD的认识、辨证分型、临床治疗方面对该病的研究现状进行综述,从而为该病的临床治疗提供参考。

Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)is a common and refractory disease of the spleen and stomach disease.It is difficult to cure repeatedly and easy to develop into malignant tumor,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Modern medicine mostly treats from two aspects:acid suppression and gastric motility promotion,but the curative effect is unstable and easy to relapse.Traditional chinese medicine has unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of GERD,and is increasingly favored by patients.This article reviews the research status of GERD from the aspects of understanding of GERD,syndrome differentiation and clinical treatment in traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment of the disease.
