注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合头孢他啶治疗难治性肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的效果

Effect of Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate for Injection Combined with Ceftazidime in the Treatment in Children with Refractory Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia

目的:探讨难治性肺炎支原体肺炎患儿应用注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠及头孢他啶治疗的效果。方法:选择无锡市第八人民医院2019年1月-2022年1月收治的难治性肺炎支原体肺炎患儿102例,通过随机数字表法将所有的患儿分为研究组与常规组,各51例。常规组患儿通过注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠进行治疗,研究组在常规组的基础上接受头孢他啶治疗,两组均持续治疗7 d。比较两组患儿临床疗效、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)及不良反应。结果:研究组总有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前的血清hs-CRP、PCT水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗7 d后的血清hs-CRP、PCT水平均降低(P<0.05),且研究组更低(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合头孢他啶治疗难治性肺炎支原体肺炎患儿效果确切,可有效减轻患儿机体炎症反应,安全可靠,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate for Injection and Ceftazidime in children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Method:A total of 102 children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia treated in Wuxi Eighth People’s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected.All children were divided into study group and routine group by random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The children in the routine group were treated with Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate for Injection,and the study group received Ceftazidime on the basis of the routine group.Both groups were treated for 7 days.The clinical efficacy,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP),procalcitonin (PCT) and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of serum hs-CRP and PCT between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).The levels of serum hs-CRP and PCT in the two groups decreased after 7 days of treatment (P<0.05),and the levels in the study group were lower (P<0.05).There was no difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate for Injection combined with Ceftazidime is effective in the treatment of children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,which can effectively reduce the inflammatory reaction of children,safe and reliable,and is worthy of promotion.
