空间生命培养装置的eMMC访问系统设计

摘要 针对特殊的空间环境,采用ACTEL公司具有抗单粒子效应的SmartFusion2系列平台进行空间生命培养装置的eMMC访问系统设计,可实现空间生命培养装置中最高突发传输速率25 MB/s、平均速率3 MB/s的压缩视频的实时存储,并通过严格监视MMC接口的通信过程,来提升系统的可靠性。基于SmartFusion2 M2S090-FG484I芯片的板级测试和仿真验证表明,系统能够可靠地完成eMMC的读写访问工作。该系统已经在轨验证,且正常运行,具有实际应用价值。 In view of the special space environment,this paper adopts ACTEL’s SmartFusion2 series platform with abilityof anti-single event to design the eMMC access system of the space life culture device,which can realizereal-time storage of compressed video with a maximum burst transfer rate of 25 MB/s and an average rate of 3 MB/s in a space life culture device.The reliability of the system is improved by strictly monitoring the communication process of the MMC interface.The board-level test and simulation verification based on the SmartFusion2 M2S090-FG484I chip show that the system can reliably complete the read and write access of eMMC.The system has been verified onorbit in space and operates normally.So,it has practical application value.
