摘要
在生产制造领域,为了更好地进行物料信息追踪与产品防错,需要借助自动化系统将其加工信息即时采集与覆写。RFID电子标签技术以其便捷性、低成本性、可复写性与高稳定性,在工业自动化生产领域应用广泛。对RFID电子标签、读写器与PLC进行组态与编程,开发可视化GUI界面,最终实现RFID与工业PLC的集成应用与数据交互,在弥补传统检测方法效果不佳的同时,也方便了产品的信息追溯,提高了产品生产效率与自动化程度。
In the field of manufacturing, in order to better track material information and misplace products, it is necessary to collect and overwrite its processing information in real time with the help of automation system. Relying on its convenience, low cost, reproducibility and high stability, RFID electronic tag technology has great application prospects in the field of industrial automation. Combined with the characteristics of RFID technology, this paper configures and programs RFID electronic tags and readers with PLC, develops visual GUI interface design, and finally realizes the integrated application and data interaction between RFID and industrial PLC. While making up for the poor effect of traditional detection methods, it also greatly facilitates the information tracing of products, and improves the production efficiency and automation of products.
