基于LabVIEW的多种类型控制器集成通信模式设计与开发

摘要 介绍了一种面向多种类型控制器的通信模式设计与开发方法,能够实现主流品牌控制设备与定制开发控制设备之间的数据交互,从而满足船舶机舱监控需求。该方法采用Lab VIEW作为系统层监控应用软件,基于OPC技术实现Lab VIEW与主流品牌控制器之间的数据通信,利用Lab VIEW的串口设计功能实现与定制控制器之间的串口通信,从而实现整个系统的数据交互。应用KEPServer软件构建通用OPC服务器和VSPD软件进行串口通信仿真开发调试,能够进一步降低成本、提高效率。 The design and development method of integrated communication mode for multiple types of controllers is introduced in this paper.It can realize the data interaction between mainstream brand controllers and customized development controllers,so as to meet the monitoring needs of marine engine room.The method uses LabVIEW as the system layer monitoring application software,and realizes the data communication between LabVIEW and mainstream brand controllers based on OPC technology,and it uses the serial port design function of LabVIEW to realize the serial port communication between LabVIEW and the customized controllers,so as to realize the data interaction of the whole system.It can further reduce cost and improve efficiency through using KEPServer software to build general OPC server and VSPD software for serial communication simulation development and debugging.
