摘要 为适应智能电网源网协调要求,水电站计算机监控系统对于一体化、数字化、标准化、智能化的需求越来越迫切。尤其大型水电站涉及专业多、设备广、接口复杂,需要实现对主控、辅控、励磁、调速、保护、在线监测等系统的集中监控,将数据进行高度融合,减轻运行人员劳动强度,实现“无人值班,少人值守”。针对上述需求,提出了基于IEC61850的计算机监控系统设计方案,全站统一协议、统一建模、一体化监控,构建了主辅一体化监控网络,通过智能化的高级功能,提高系统监控效率和运维水平,减少维护工作量,满足未来电站发展需要。 In order to meet the requirements of smart grid source and network coordination,the need for integration,digitization,standardization and intelligence of the computer monitoring system of hydropower stations is becoming more and more urgent.In particular,large-scale hydropower stations involve multiple disciplines,extensive equipment,and complex interfaces.It is necessary to realize centralized monitoring of systems such as main control,auxiliary control,excitation,speed regulation,protection,and online monitoring,and highly integrate data to reduce the labor intensity of operators."No one on duty,few people on duty".In response to the above requirements,this paper proposes a computer monitoring system design scheme based on IEC61850.The whole station has a unified protocol,unified modeling,and integrated monitoring.The main and auxiliary integrated monitoring network is constructed.Through intelligent advanced functions,the system monitoring efficiency and operation are improved.Maintenance level,reduce maintenance workload,and meet the needs of future power station development.
