摘要
基于矿热炉电极长度测量装置,主控制器利用多路复用器进行多路选择,根据对采样率、周期、分辨率等方面的要求,采用2个MSP430F5359 CPU对其进行控制。针对此设计了主控制器双MCU系统中两个MCU之间的互相通信。通过MCU互联SPI通信的通信方式、网络模型和各层的具体内容三个方面,介绍了双CPU SPI通信,规定了MCU互联SPI通信方式为单主结构,主MCU为通信主机,从MCU为通信从机。通过硬件互联建立握手信息的方式,启动双MCU之间的消息的传输。
In this paper,based on the electrode length measurement device of the mineral heating furnace,the main controller uses the multiplexer to select multiple channels,and uses two MSP430F5359 CPUs to control it according to the requirements of sampling rate,period,resolution,etc.For this purpose,the two MCUs in the dual MCU system of the main controller are designed to communicate with each other.This paper introduces dual CPU SPI communication through three aspects:the communication mode of MCU interconnection SPI communication,the network model,and the specific content of each layer.It is specified that the MCU interconnection SPI communication mode is a single-master structure,the main MCU is the communication host,and the slave MCU is the communication slave.
