摘要
烟草烘丝出口含水率是卷烟制造过程中的一项重要指标,而烘丝过程前的来料扰动是影响烘丝出口水分的主要因素。基于生产过程的历史数据建立模型,综合考虑烘丝进口水分及进料瞬时流量等扰动,设计基于进料总水分补偿的前馈-反馈复合控制方法。针对部分进料总水分不可测的问题,设计扰动观测器以抑制来料波动。
Moisture content is an important index in cigarette production during tobacco drying process, which is mainly affected by the input disturbance. Based on the historical data of the production process, this paper comprehensively considers the disturbance of inlet moisture and instantaneous feed flow, and designs the feedforward and feedback compound control method based on total feed moisture. For the unmeasured input, a disturbance observer is designed to suppress the input fluctuation.
