摘要
蒸汽系统作为石化企业能源系统的重要组成,具有工艺副产汽多、用汽点多、成本高等特点。为提高蒸汽管网的运行效率、稳定性以及用汽设备的用汽品质,对蒸汽管网优化进行研究,基于模型实现管网可视化监控与调度优化运行,帮助企业实现能源管理智能化、精细化,达到节能降耗、挖潜增效的目标。
As an important part of the energy system of petrochemical enterprises,steam system has many concerns,such as more process by-product steam,more steam consumption points and high cost.In order to improve the operation efficiency and stability of steam pipe network and the steam quality of steam consuming equipment,the optimization of steam pipe network is studied in this paper,and the visual monitoring and scheduling optimization operation of pipe network are realized based on the model,so as to help enterprises realize the intellectualization and refinement of energy management and achieve the goal of energy conservation,consumption reduction,potential tapping and efficiency increase.
