沃戈尔手法淋巴引流技术对踝关节扭伤后肿胀消退的疗效观察

Curative effect of Vodder manual lymphatic drainage technique on the reduction of ankle swelling caused by sprain

目的观察沃戈尔(Vodder)手法淋巴引流技术对踝关节扭伤后肿胀消退的疗效。方法选取2018年7月—2019年7月太仓市第一人民医院收治的踝关节扭伤后肿胀患者60例作为研究对象。以随机数字表将入组的踝关节扭伤后肿胀患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗前两组均进行常规处理:保护、休息、冰敷、加压包扎和抬高患肢。对照组在常规处理的基础上只给予静脉气压治疗。治疗组在常规处理的基础上,给予静脉气压治疗和沃戈尔手法淋巴引流技术治疗。观察比较两组患者治疗前后的肢体周径、细胞外液含量、疼痛情况,并对两组患者总体疗效进行评价。结果治疗前,两组患者肢体周径、细胞外液含量、疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者的肢体周径、细胞外液含量、疼痛评分较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组患者的肢体周径、细胞外液含量、疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组的治疗有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的有效率(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沃戈尔手法淋巴引流技术可明显缓解踝关节扭伤后肢体肿胀,减轻疼痛,同时提高了治疗疗效,值得推广与应用。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Vodder manual lymphatic drainage(MLD)technique on the reduction of ankle swelling caused by sprain.Methods 60 patients with ankle swelling caused by sprain in the First People's Hospital of Taicang from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the objects of study and divided into the treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each of them according to the random number table.Conventional treatment was performed on both groups,including protection,rest,ice compress,compression bandaging and elevation of the affected limb.Based on the conventional treatment,the control group was given intravenous air pressure treatment only,and the treatment group was given both intravenous air pressure treatment and Vodder manual lymphatic drainage treatment.The limb circumference,extracellular fluid content and pain of the two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment,and the overall curative effect of the two groups was evaluated.Results Before treatment,the limb circumferences,extracellular fluid contents and pain scores of the two groups were compared,and there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the limb circumferences,extracellular fluid contents and pain scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the limb circumferences,extracellular fluid contents and pain scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).The effective rate of the treatment group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vodder manual lymphatic drainage technique can significantly alleviate limb swelling and relieve pain after ankle sprain,and improve the treatment efficacy,which is worthy of promotion and application.
