电针联合中医定向透药治疗风寒袭络型面瘫临床研究

Study on the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with targeted permeation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of facial paralysis of wind-cold attacking collaterals

目的探讨电针联合中医定向透药治疗风寒袭络型面瘫的临床效果。方法选择江西省宜春市中医院2018年10月—2020年9月收治的风寒袭络型面瘫患者116例,采用随机数字表分为观察组(n=58)及对照组(n=58)。所有患者入院后均予以常规治疗,对照组采用电针治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合中医定向透药治疗,连续治疗3个疗程。对比两组临床疗效、H-B面神经功能分级、面部残疾指数(FDI)评分[包括社会功能评分(FDIS)和躯体功能评分(FDIP)]。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.83%,高于对照组的75.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组治疗后H-B面神经功能优于对照组,FDI中FDIS和FDIP评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论电针联合中医定向透药治疗风寒袭络型面瘫可获得较好效果,能有效促进面部神经功能恢复,降低面部残疾指数,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with targeted permeation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of facial paralysis of wind-cold attacking collaterals.Methods 116 patients with facial paralysis of wind-cold attacking collaterals in Yichun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to September 2020 were selected and divided into study group(n=58)and control group(n=58)by random number table.All patients were given routine treatment after admission.The control group was treated with electroacupuncture,and the study group was treated with electroacupuncture combined with targeted permeation of traditional Chinese medicine,for 3 consecutive courses of treatment.The clinical efficacy,H-B facial nerve function classification and facial disability index(FDI)score(including FDIS and FDIP)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in study group(94.83%)was higher than that in the control group(75.86%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,H-B facial nerve function in study group was better than that in control group,and the FDIS score and FDIP score in study group were higher than those in control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The electroacupuncture combined with targeted permeation of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of facial paralysis of wind-cold attaching collaterals can obtain good results,which can effectively promote the recovery of facial nerve function,and reduce the facial disability index,and it is worthy of promotion.
