奥卡西平联合天麻熄风汤对部分性发作癫痫患者认知功能的影响

Effect of oxcarbazepine combined with Tianma Xifeng decoction on the cognitive function of patients with partial-onset epilepsy

目的探究奥卡西平联合天麻熄风汤对部分性发作癫痫患者认知功能的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月就诊于上饶东信第五医院神经内科的82例部分性发作癫痫患者,按随机数字表分为两组,各41例。对照组采用奥卡西平治疗,观察组在此基础上加用天麻熄风汤,均连续治疗3个月。比较两组治疗3个月后的疗效及治疗前、治疗3个月后的脑电图频率、认知功能[采用蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评估]。结果治疗3个月后,观察组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),两组α频段比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组θ频段、MoCA评分高于治疗前,且观察组比对照组高(P<0.001)。结论部分性发作癫痫患者采用奥卡西平、天麻熄风汤联合治疗效果显著,可改善患者脑电图频率,提高患者认知功能,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of oxcarbazepine combined with Tianma Xifeng decoction on the cognitive function of patients with partial-onset epilepsy.Methods 82 patients with partial-onset epilepsy treated in the Department of Neurological Internal Medicine of Shangrao Dongxin Fifth Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups with 41 cases in each of them by the random number table.The control group was treated with oxcarbazepine,and the study group was additionally treated with Tianma Xifeng decoction in addition to oxcarbazepine;all treatments for both groups lasted for 3 consecutive months.The efficacies of treatment at the end of 3-month treatments,EEG frequency and cognitive function(assessed by Montreal Cognitive Assessment,MoCA)before and at the end of 3-month treatments were compared between the two groups.Results At the end of 3-month treatments,the effective rate of treatment in study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference inαfrequency bands between the two groups(P>0.05);θfrequency bands and MoCA scores in both two groups at the end of treatment were higher than those before treatment,andθfrequency bands and MoCA scores in study group were higher than those in control group at the end of treatment(P<0.001).Conclusion Oxcarbazepine combined with Tianma Xifeng decoction has a significant curative effect on patients with partial-onset epilepsy,which can improve patients'EEG frequency and cognitive function;it is worthy of promotion and application.
