基于数据挖掘技术分析针灸治疗代谢综合征的选穴规律

Acupoints Selection Rule of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treating Metabolic Syndrome Based on Data Mining Technology

目的:基于数据挖掘技术分析针灸治疗代谢综合征的选穴和配伍规律。方法:计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)、万方数据知识服务平台(Wanfang)、中国生物医学文献数据库(SinoMed)、PubMed及Web of Science从建库起至2021年10月收录的针灸治疗代谢综合征的相关文献。采用Microsoft Excel 2019建立处方数据库并进行描述性分析,应用IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0及IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0进行关联规则分析及系统聚类分析。结果:共纳入98篇文献,纳入98个针灸处方,涉及穴位57个,使用总频次共计862次;应用频率最高的腧穴分别是中脘、天枢与足三里;腧穴归经以足阳明胃经、任脉及足太阴脾经最为常见;特定穴以募穴、五输穴和交会穴使用频率最高;分布部位以胸腹部多见;关联规则显示最常用的腧穴组合为“中脘-足三里-天枢”;系统聚类分析共得到3个有效聚类组合。结论:针灸治疗代谢综合征的选穴注重远近配穴、合募配穴,具有理论研究意义。

Objective:To analyze the acupoints selection and acupoints compatibility of acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of metabolic syndrome based on data mining technology.Methods:CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,SinoMed,PubMed and Web of Science were searched for related literature on acupuncture and moxibustion treating metabolic syndrome from the establishment of the database to October 2021.Microsoft Excel 2019 was used to establish prescription database and descriptive analysis.IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 and IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 were used to analyze association rules and systematic clustering analysis.Results:A total of 98 articles and 98 acupuncture prescriptions were included,involving 57 acupoints,with a total frequency of 862.The acupoints with the highest frequency were Zhongwan(RN12),Tianshu(ST25)and Zusanli(ST36),respectively;Stomach Meridian of Foot Yangming,Ren Meridian and Spleen Meridian of Foot Taiyin were the most common ones involved;the specific acupoints used with highest frequency were front-Mu acupoint,five-Shu acupoint and confluent acupoint;the distribution sites were most common in chest and abdomen;the association rules showed that the most commonly used combination of acupoints was RN12-ST36-ST25,and three effective clustering combinations were obtained by systematic cluster analysis.Conclusion:The points selection in terms of acupuncture and moxibustion treating metabolic syndrome pays attention to the compatibility of distal points and local points and the combination of He-sea points and front-Mu points,which is of theoretical significance.
