新型海洋牧场平台功能研究与设计

摘要 基于深远海渔业发展对高端装备的需求日益增多,从高端海洋渔业装备的功能需求出发,提出了海洋牧场平台概念,并探讨其设计标准和方法。首先,通过实地考察、专题研究,总结海洋牧场平台功能需求;然后,区别于传统油气平台,确定适用于海洋牧场平台的设计依据;最后,完成自升式海洋牧场平台的设计和建造,并于2016年在渤海湾安装了全国第一座自升式海洋牧场平台。结果表明:至今全国已安装20余座自升式海洋牧场平台,运营状况良好。 Based on the increasing demand for frontier equipment in the development of deep-sea fishery,the concept of an ocean ranch platform is proposed from the functional requirements of frontier marine fishery equipment,and its design standards and methods are discussed.First,the functional requirements of the ocean ranch platform are summarized through field investigation and thematic research;Then,different from traditional oil and gas platforms,the design basis applicable to ocean ranch platforms is determined;Finally,the design and construction of the jack-up ocean ranch platform are completed,and the first jack-up ocean ranch platform in China was installed in Bohai Bay in 2016.The results show that up to now,more than twenty jack-up ocean ranch platforms have been installed nationwide,and the operation is in good condition.
