为满足化学品运输船的洗舱需求,结合某洗舱站码头的实际情况,对某75 m化学品洗舱趸船的洗舱系统进行研究,包括该系统的主要功能、工作基本流程、相关洗舱设备的配备、洗舱管路的设计等。实船运营结果表明:该化学品洗舱趸船的洗舱系统设计满足规范要求。

To meet the requirements of chemical transport ships for tank washing,the tank washing system of a 75 m chemical tank washing barge is studied in combination with the actual situation of a tank washing station,including the main functions of the system,the basic workflow,the allocation of relevant tank washing equipment,the design of tank washing pipeline,etc.The actual operation results show that the tank washing system design of the chemical tank washing barge meets the requirements of the specification.
