摘要
本文提出了基于压力传感器采集的数据对城轨列车制动控制单元健康状态进行评价的定量指标——健康指标,将压力传感器实时监测数据通过模糊集理论进行模糊处理,利用阀值和区域质心法相结合的去模糊化策略求得单参数健康指标。最后,依据多个参数健康指标以及制动控制单元的结构原理等特点计算综合健康指标,并且定义了健康、亚健康、故障边缘和故障四个健康等级的通用指标范围。实验结果表明该方法可以对制动控制单元的健康状况进行全面、合理的预测。
In this paper,a quantitative indicator—health indicator is proposed,which evaluates the health status of brake control unit of urban rail train based on the data collected by pressure sensor.The real-time monitoring data of pressure sensor are fuzzy processed by fuzzy set theory,and the single parameter health index is obtained by using the defuzzification strategy combining threshold value and regional centroid method.Finally,the comprehensive health index is calculated according to the characteristics of multiple parameter health indicators and the structure principle of brake control unit.The general indicator range of four health levels is defined:health,sub-health,fault edge and fault.The experimental results show that the method can predict the health status of brake control unit comprehensively and reasonably.
