摘要
为了实现“人人成才、人人出彩”的人才培养目标,充分激发学生的学习热情,制订更加完善的个性化人才培养方案,创新人才培养模式,漯河职业技术学院充分发挥现代信息技术的优势,针对学习者个性特征进行相关调研,根据调研结果确立了学习者个体个性化特征模型及学习者群体个性化特征模型,利用大数据技术发掘个性化人才培养中各教育变量之间的相关性,为教育教学改革决策和个性化技能人才培养提供有效支撑。
In order to achieve the talent training goal of everyone being able to excel themselves and everyone being outstanding, students’ learning enthusiasm should be fully stimulated, a more perfect personalized talent training plan should be made and the talent training mode should be innovated. Luohe vocational and technical college gives full play to the advantages of modern information technology and carries out the relevant research on learners’ personalized characteristics. According to the results, the individual personalized characteristics model and the group personalized characteristics model of learners are established, which use the big data technology to explore the correlation between various educational variables in the cultivation of personalized talents so as to provide effective support for the decision-making of education and teaching reform and the cultivation of personalized talents.
