法商复合型管理类人才培养是社会主义市场经济的要求,是开展全面依法治国的保障,也是高校建立办学特色、提升学生素质的重要体现。如何将法商融合理念实际应用到管理类人才的培养之中,多个高校立足自身特点,展开了积极探索。项目组通过对法商复合型管理类人才培养相关文献进行整理、分析,提出了深化构建法商融合理论、明确法商融合现实意义、制定法商融合人才培养方案、构建法商融合人才培养教师团队等展望,以期为法商复合型管理类人才培养提供研究方向。

The cultivation of law and business compound management talents is the requirement of market economy,the guarantee for law-based governance and the important embodiment of establishing school-running characteristics and improving students’ qualities in colleges and universities. Many colleges and universities actively explore how to apply the concept of integration of law and business to the training of management talents based on their own characteristics. By sorting out and analyzing the relevant literature on the cultivation of law and business compound management talents,this paper puts forward the prospects of deepening the construction of law and business integration theory,clarifying the practical significance of law and business integration,making talent cultivation plans for the law and business integration and constructing talent cultivation teacher team for the law and business integration so as to provide research direction for the cultivation of law and business compound management talents.
