当前,随着经济、生活水平的提高,广大离退休人员的精神需求与时俱进,出现了新特点、新变化。因此,在离退休人员管理服务开展的过程中,必须坚持以信息化促进管理规范化与服务精准化,着力增强离退休工作的时代性。

At present,with the improvement of economy and living standard,the spiritual needs of the majority of retirees keep pace with the times,with new characteristics and new changes.Therefore,in the process of carrying out management services for retirees,it is necessary to promote management standardization and service precision by informatization,and strive to enhance the temporal spirit of retirement work.
