摘要
在我国社会经济稳步发展的过程中,各行各业都在信息技术理念的影响下产生了大批量的数据信息,尤其是在进入大数据时代后,传统意义上的电力企业营销客户服务系统已经无法满足越发复杂的用户需求,因此,科研人员基于渠道业务交叉的特征,系统研究了企业中台的全渠道场景化营运架构。本文在了解构建思想和业务内容的基础上,深层研究了基于企业中台的全渠道场景化营运体系,以此充分发挥大数据优势,真正满足每位客户的个性化需求。
In the process of steady social and economic development in China,all walks of life produce large quantities of data information under the influence of the information technology concept,especially after entering the big data era,the traditional power enterprise marketing and customer service system is unable to meet the increasing complex user requirements.Therefore,based on the characteristics of channel business intersection,researchers systematically study the omni-channel scenario operation architecture of the enterprise middle platform.On the basis of understanding the construction idea and business content,this paper deeply studies the omni-channel scenario operation system based on the enterprise middle platform,so as to give full play to the advantages of big data and truly meet the individual requirements of each customer.
