基于云计算的企业客户营销智能化管理方法研究

摘要 在社会经济和科学技术革新发展的过程中,各个领域都已经开始了基于人工智能技术的研究,尤其是客户营销领域,大部分企业开始运用人工智能技术推广精准营销,利用云计算的技术平台和识别能力,在大数据环境中快速获取有效信息,以此提高企业的客户营销效率和质量。因此,本文在了解云计算概念的基础上,从近年来企业客户营销管理角度入手,深层探讨了以云计算为核心的企业客户营销智能化管理方法,以此构建全新的企业客户营销思路。 In the process of socio-economic and scientific and technological innovation and development,various fields conduct research based on artificial intelligence technology,especially in the field of customer marketing,most enterprises begin to use artificial intelligence technology to promote precise marketing,and obtain effective information in big data environment using the technical platform of cloud computing and recognition capabilities,so as to improve the efficiency and quality of customer marketing of enterprises.Therefore,on the basis of understanding the concept of cloud computing,from the perspective of enterprise customer marketing management in recent years,this paper deeply discusses the intelligent management method of enterprise customer marketing with cloud computing as the core,so as to build a new enterprise customer marketing idea.
