摘要
文章从以人为本的照护理念、特色的人力资源管理、全程管理的失智症照护服务、细致的失智老人护理等级评估系统等方面,介绍了德国RenaFan养老机构失智症照护经验,提出倡导以人为本、开展失智老人专业照护的全程管理、培养失智老人专业照护团队、创新失智老人综合评估方式,为建立完善的失智老人照护服务体系,实现积极老龄化的目标提供参考。
The article introduced the experience of dementia care in RenaFan elderly care institution in Germany from the aspects of people-oriented care,characteristic human resource management,whole process management of dementia care and detailed dementia care grade evaluation system.It is proposed to advocate and carry out people-oriented whole process management of professional care for the elderly with dementia,cultivate professional care teams for the elderly with dementia,and innovate the comprehensive evaluation method for the elderly with dementia,so as to provide reference for establishing a perfect care service system for the elderly with dementia and realize the goal of active aging.
