免喷涂聚丙烯的耐刮擦和散发性能研究

摘要 研究了添加经过低散发处理的效果颜料(Al-L)、烘料工艺、耐刮擦助剂种类和含量对免喷涂聚丙烯材料耐刮擦和散发性能的影响。结果表明:添加Al-L后,免喷涂聚丙烯材料的气味等级大幅降低至3.6级,总挥发性有机物(TVOC)质量浓度可以降低至7 000μg/m~3左右,满足汽车内饰件的散发要求。耐刮擦助剂的添加能有效提升免喷涂聚丙烯材料的耐刮擦性能,使常见的内饰皮纹K9A的明度变化(ΔL)降低至1.0;通过不同耐刮擦助剂的复配,可以使细皮纹K31的耐刮擦性能达到内饰件要求,ΔL只有1.1;但是耐刮擦助剂的添加会提升材料的TVOC质量浓度。 The effects of the addition of effect pigment(Al-L) with low emission treatment, hot-wind drying process, the type and content of scratch resistant additives on the scratch resistance and emission properties of painting-free polypropylene were studied. The results show that the smell level of painting-free polypropylene material is significantly reduced to 3.6, and the mass concentration of total volatile organic compounds(TVOC) is reduced to 7 000 μg/m~3 after the addition of Al-L, meeting the emission requirements of automotive interior parts. The addition of scratch resistant additives can effectively improve the scratch resistance of painting-free polypropylene materials, and the change of brightness(ΔL) of common interior leather lines K9 A is reduced to 1.0. The scratch resistance of fine texture K31 can meet the requirements of interior parts through the combination of different scratch resistant additives, ΔL is only 1.1. However, the addition of scratch resistant additives will increase the TVOC mass concentration of materials.
