藏药独一味及其提取物药理作用及临床应用研究进展

Research Progress in Pharmacological Effects and Clinical Applications of Tibetan Medicine Lamiophlomis Rotata(Benth.)Kudo and its Extracts

藏药独一味具有活血祛瘀、消肿止痛的功效,民间常用作治疗血瘀痛经、崩漏、关节积黄水、跌打筋骨损伤和闪腰挫气。现代药理学研究表明,独一味及其提取物具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗溃疡等活性,在国内临床常用于术后出血、疼痛、关节炎、牙龈炎、骨折等疾病的治疗,具有广泛的应用前景。本文通过查阅国内外文献,对独一味及其提取物的药理作用及临床应用进行综述,以期为独一味的合理开发应用提供参考。

Lamiophlomis rotata(Benth.)Kudo is one of the common medicines used in Tibetan,Mongolian and Naxi ethnic groups in China.Because of its effects of promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis,reducing swelling and relieving pain,this drug is commonly used by the ordinary people to treat blood stasis and dysmenia,collapse and leakage,yellowish articular effusion,traumatic injury and lumbar sprain.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Lamiophlomis rotata(Benth.)Kudo also has anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidant,anti-tumor and anti-ulcer activities.It is often used in the treatment of postoperative bleeding,pain,arthritis,gingivitis,fracture and other diseases in clinical practice in China,with good prospects of application.In this paper,the pharmacological effects and clinical applications of Lamiophlomis rotata(Benth.)Kudo are reviewed by referring to domestic and foreign literature in order to provide reference for the rational development and applications of Lamiophlomis rotata(Benth.)Kudo.
