重度颅脑外伤术后颅内感染的药学监护并文献分析

Pharmaceutical Care and literature Analysis of Intracranial Infection after Severe Craniocerebral Trauma

目的探讨临床药师在重度颅脑外伤术后颅内感染患者治疗中提供药学监护的过程及发挥的重要作用。方法临床药师通过查阅大量中英文文献,进行详细完整的药学监护,运用丰富的临床用药经验在该患者治疗的重要节点提出治疗建议。结果临床药师监护抗感染药物的选择、给药剂量的方案、停药时间节点,抗感染治疗有效。结论临床药师的干预可以节约临床医生时间成本,避免患者新耐药菌的产生,节约患者的经济成本。

Objective To explore the process and important role of clinical pharmacists in providing pharmaceutical care for patients with intracranial infection.Methods A clinical pharmacist consulted a large amount of related Chinese and English literature,delivered good and complete pharmaceutical care,and recommended medications at the crucial moment based on her clinical expertise.Results This clinical pharmacist helped select anti-infective drugs,the dosage and the time of drug withdrawal so that the anti-infective treatment was effective.Conclusion The participation of a clinical pharmacist in pharmaceutical care of a patient can save clinicians time,prevent the generation of new drug-resistant bacteria and save money for patients.
