温经活血巴布剂中非挥发性成分水提工艺的优选

Optimization of Water Extraction Process of Non-volatile Components in Wenjing Huoxue Cataplasm

目的优选温经活血巴布剂非挥发性成分的水提工艺。方法在考察药材吸液量的基础,上,以加水倍数、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,以浸膏得率、龙胆苦苷和葛根素含量为考察指标,通过正交试验优选温经活血巴布剂的水提工艺。结果温经活血巴布剂药材吸液量为药材质量的1.5倍,优选的提取工艺为12倍的水量浸泡1.5 h后冷凝回流提取3次,每次1h。结论该优选工艺稳定可行,适用于温经活血巴布剂非挥发性成分提取。

Objective To optimize the water extraction process of non-volatile components of Wenjing Huoxue cataplasm.Methods After the investigation of liquid absorption of the herbs,the amount of water added,duration of extraction and number of times of extraction were used as the factors for investigation.The yield of the dry paste and the contents of gcntiopicroside and pucrarin were used as the indexes.The extraction process of Wenjing Huoxue cataplasm was optimized by the orthogonal test.Results Wenjing Huoxue cataplasm absorbed 1.5 times the mass of the herbs.The optimal extraction process was as follows:the herbs were soaked in 12 times as much water for 1.5 hours before being condensed and refluxed three times,one hour each time.Conclusion The optimized process is stable,feasible and suitable for the preparation of the non-volatile components of Wenjing Huoxue cataplasm.
