摘要
氡(^(222)Rn)是一种具有放射性的惰性气体,由氡及其子体所产生的辐射剂量约占人体所受天然辐射剂量的一半以上,是肺癌的主要环境诱因。本文就氡及其子体危害效应的流行病学调查结果、产生的生物损伤效应及现有的核素促排药物展开综述。论述氡及其子体的生物损伤机制及对应的治疗措施。
Radon(222Rn)is a radioactive inert gas.The radiation dose produced by radon and its progeny accounts for more than half of the natural radiation dose received by the human body,which is the main environmental cause of lung cancer.This paper reviews the results of epidemiological investigations of the harmful effects and biological damage effects of radon and its progeny,and existing nuclide-stimulating drugs.The biological damage mechanism of radon and its progeny and the corresponding treatment measures are discussed.
