摘要
研究了硫酸钙晶须、高吸水性树脂(SAP)内养护剂、裂缝自修复材料对混凝土抗折强度、抗压强度的影响,采用正交试验分析了这三种材料在C30和C50混凝土中的最佳掺量,并研究了在最佳掺量下混凝土的塑性抗裂性能。结果表明:在适宜掺量下,三种材料单掺或复配均能提高混凝土各龄期的力学性能;以正交试验得到的三种材料最佳复合比例制备的混凝土的塑性抗裂性能提高了25%以上。
The effects of calcium sulfate whisker,super absorbent polymer(SAP)internal curing agent and crack self-healing materials on the compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete were studied.The comprehensive optimum contents of three materials in C30 and C50 concrete were analyzed by orthogonal test,and the influence of the plastic crack resistance of concrete under optimum content was compared.The results show that the mechanical properties of concrete at each age can be improved by single or composite materials with appropriate content,and the plastic crack resistance of the concrete prepared with the optimum composite ratio of the three materials obtained from the orthogonal test is improved by more than 25%.
