摘要
通过试验确定了不同发泡剂(阴离子型表面活性剂F01、非离子型表面活性剂F02、表面活性剂F03、蛋白质发泡剂F04、表面活性剂F05)和稳泡剂W01的最佳稀释倍率范围,从而优选出了合适的发泡剂类型。基于此,通过正交试验研究了发泡剂和稳泡剂的稀释倍率对发泡效果和稳泡能力的影响,得到了不同发泡剂与稳泡剂的最佳稀释倍率,并给出了最佳复配比例。结果表明:发泡剂F02、F03、F04和稳泡剂W01的最佳稀释倍率分别为70、80、120和150,最佳复配比例(质量比)为14.3∶12.5∶8.3∶6.7。
The optimal dilution ratio range of different foaming agents(anionic surfactant F01,non-ionic surfactant F02,surfactant F03,protein foaming agent F04,surfactant F05)and foam stabilizing agent W01 was determined through experiments,and the appropriate type of foaming agents was selected.Based on this,the influence of the dilution ratio of foaming agents and foam stabilizing agent on the foaming effect and foam stability was studied through orthogonal test,and the optimal dilution ratio of different foaming agents and foam stabilizing agent was obtained,and the optimal compounding ratio was given.The results show that the optimal dilution ratios of foaming agent F02,F03,F04 and foam stabilizing agent W01 are 70,80,120 and 150 respectively,and the optimal compounding ratio(mass ratio)is 14.3∶12.5∶8.3∶6.7.
