黑河自贸试验区建设顺应我国新时代推进改革开放的号召。自贸区自2019年挂牌成立以来,始终以制度创新为核心、持续推进创新发展步伐。自贸区建设目前已进入提速发展阶段,创新发展取得显著成果,对外贸易总额连续两年实现两位数的快速增长。回顾、总结创新发展“黑河经验”,自贸区建设能够继往开来,进一步加快兴边富民、繁荣边疆的步伐。

The construction of Heihe pilot free trade zone should conform to the call for the reform and opening up in the new era.Since it was founded in 2019,the free trade zone takes institutional innovation as the core all the time,and continuously pursues innovation-driven development.For the present,the construction of the free trade area has entered a stage of accelerated development,making significant achievements in innovation development:the total foreign trade volume has achieved rapid double-digit growth for two consecutive years.By reviewing and summarizing “Heihe Experience” on innovative development,the construction of the free trade area can carry on the past and open up the future,and further accelerate the pace of revitalizing the border area,enriching the people and making the border area prosperous.
