试论乡村文化振兴的现实困境与路径选择

Realistic Dilemma and Path Selection of Rural Cultural Revitalization

乡村振兴,文化先行。乡村文化振兴是新时代乡村振兴战略的重要组成部分,是推动乡村振兴的强大精神动力。在工业化、现代化的浪潮中,我国的乡村文化面临着传统文化衰落、乡村伦理消亡、乡民文化自信缺失、乡村文化有效供给不足等诸多困境。正视这些现实困境,找到切实可行的发展路径,是当下振兴乡村文化的一项紧迫任务。新时代乡村文化振兴是一项系统工程,必须要对准目标,多方发力。具体可以从以下四个方面着重努力:一是保护利用乡村传统文化;二是引领乡贤参与乡村社会治理;三是发展乡村特色文化产业;四是发挥农民主体作用。

Culture comes first in rural revitalization.The revitalization of rural culture is an important part of rural revitalization strategies in the new era,as well as a powerful spiritual power to promote rural revitalization.In the tide of industrialization and modernization,China’s rural culture is facing many difficulties,such as the decline of traditional culture,the extinction of rural ethics,the lack of self-confidence of rural culture,and the lack of effective supply of rural culture.To this end,it is an urgent task to face up to these difficulties and find a feasible development path.The revitalization of rural culture is a systematic project in the new era,which must take alignment target and make efforts in many ways.For this purpose,the following four aspects can be done involving protecting and utilize rural traditional culture,leading rural sages to participate in rural social governance,developing rural characteristic cultural industry;and playing the main role of farmers.
