县域新型城镇化与生态文明建设的互动机理及计量分析——基于安徽61个县的样本数据

Interactive Mechanism and Quantitative Analysis of New Urbanization and County-Level Ecological Civilization Construction——Based on the Sample Data of 61 Counties in Anhui Province

在理论层面探讨新型城镇化与生态文明建设的互动机理关系,以安徽61个县(市)作为研究对象,选择2008—2019年统计年鉴数据,运用熵值法、耦合协调度模型和相对发展度判别准则进行实证分析,结果显示:近12年来安徽县域新型城镇化指数和生态文明建设指数均处于上升趋势,耦合协调度等级总体由中—轻度失调向勉强协调和中度协调演变,耦合协调度地域分布差异性明显,呈现“南高北低”和“南多北少”特征,县域层面生态文明建设滞后类型数量占据主导,城镇化发展相对超前,依据研究结论提出推动两者同步、协调、融合发展的对策建议。

This paper discusses,on the theoretical level,the interaction mechanism between new urbanization and ecological civilization construction.Taking 61 counties (cities) in Anhui Province as the research object,this paper selects the statistical yearbook data from 2008 to 2019,and makes an empirical analysis by using entropy method,coupling coordination degree model and relative development degree criterion.The results go as the following:the new urbanization index and ecological civilization construction index of counties are in the rising trend;in general,the coupling coordination degree evolves from moderate-mild imbalance to barely coordination and moderate coordination;coupling coordination degree shows obvious differences in regional distribution,presenting the characteristics of “high in the South and low in the north"” and “more in the South and less in the north”;county-level ecological civilization construction dominantly lag behind in the number and the type;the urbanization development is relatively advanced.According to the research conclusions,some suggestions are proposed to promote the synchronous coordination and integration of the two.
