摘要
通过电沉积法及塔菲尔曲线得到的钢构件表面复合膜的腐蚀电流及腐蚀电位,研究了打底层氧化锌电沉积参数对钢构件表面复合膜耐腐蚀性能的影响。研究结果表明,沉积时间为5min、沉积温度为60℃的试样,表面膜较薄,腐蚀电流很大,所以,耐腐蚀性不高。沉积时间为20min、温度为80℃的试样,腐蚀电流密度最小,腐蚀电位高,因此,耐腐蚀性最好。试样的沉积时间不变,当沉积温度提高后,腐蚀电位反而降低。所以,氧化锌的沉积工艺参数会对氧化锌的状态产生重要作用。
The influence of electrodeposition parameters of zinc oxide on the corrosion resistance of the surface composite film of steel members was studied by means of the corrosion current and corrosion potential of the film obtained by electrodeposition and Tafel curve.The results show that the samples with deposition time of 5 min and deposition temperature of 60℃ have thin surface film and large corrosion current,so the corrosion resistance is not high;the samples with deposition time of 20min and temperature of 80°C have the lowest corrosion current density and high corrosion potential,so the corrosion resistance is the best.When the deposition temperature gets increased and deposition time remains unchanged,the corrosion potential decreased;therefore,the technological parameters of zinc oxide deposition will play an important role in the state of zinc oxide.
