摘要
为解决瓦斯抽采钻孔孔口漏气、钻孔交叉串孔等原因造成的瓦斯抽采效果差,严重制约本煤层瓦斯抽采达标的问题,文章分析了造成钻孔抽采瓦斯浓度低的原因,同时基于抽采钻孔漏气机理,提出采用小直径钻孔注浆阻隔堵漏技术对漏气钻孔进行封堵。现场试验结果表明:多数原低浓钻孔经处理后瓦斯抽采浓度显著提升,对缩短工作面抽采达标时间,缓解矿井掘-采-抽衔接,工作面安全高效回采具有重要的现场指导意义。
In order to solve the problem of poor gas drainage effect caused by gas leakage at the hole opening and cross drilling, which seriously restricts the gas drainage reaching the standard in this coal seam, this paper analyzes the reasons for the low gas concentration in the borehole drainage, and based on the gas leakage mechanism of the drainage borehole, puts forward the small diameter borehole grouting blocking technology to block the gas leakage borehole. The field test results show that the gas drainage concentration of most of the original low concentration boreholes is significantly increased after treatment, which has important field guiding significance for shortening the drainage time of working face, easing the connection of excavation mining drainage, and safe and efficient mining of working face.
