专业群建设是高职院校内涵提升的必由之路,健康产业的蓬勃发展必然对医药健康类专业群的建设提出更高的要求。OBE理念中的以学生为中心、以成果为导向、持续改进三要素,与健康产业的以人为中心、以健康为目的、以质量为核心的理念具有较高的契合度,为将OBE引入医药健康类专业群的建设提供了实施依据。基于OBE理念的医药健康类专业群建设应当以对接产业需求为根本原则,以信息技术作为支撑保障措施,以课程内容建设作为核心内容,以诊断改进机制为质量保障。

The construction of professional group is the only way to improve the connotation of higher vocational colleges.The vigorous development of health industry will inevitably put forward higher requirements for the construction of medical and health professional groups.The three elements of student-centered,result-oriented and continuous improvement in the concept of OBE are highly consistent with the concept of people-oriented,health-oriented and quality-centered in the health industry,which provides the implementation basis for introducing OBE into the construction of medical and health professional groups.The construction of medical and health specialty group based on OBE concept should take the docking with industrial demand as the fundamental principle,information technology as the support and guarantee measure,course content construction as the core content,and diagnosis improvement mechanism as the quality assurance.
