思政课教师助力高职课程思政建设路径探析 被引量:1

摘要 高职院校课程思政建设是一项复杂的系统工程,需要协调和整合各方面的育人资源,推进思政课程和课程思政形成协同效应。在当前形势下,思政课教师助力课程思政建设既是现实的需要,又具有现实的可能性。因此,高职院校一方面要促使广大教师转变教育理念,增强课程思政能力,厚植育人情怀;另一方面要加强顶层设计,积极构建课程思政协同育人机制,完善保障机制,健全激励机制。从而形成多方协同局面,促进思政课程与课程思政同向同行,精准对接,进一步提高育人质量。 The ideological and political construction of higher vocational courses in higher vocational colleges is a complex system,which needs to coordinate and integrate all aspects of educational resources to promote the synergistic effect between the ideological and political courses and teaching ideological and political theories in all courses.Under the current situation,it is not only a realistic need but also a realistic possibility for ideological and political teachers to assist the ideological and political construction of the courses.Therefore,on the one hand,higher vocational colleges should encourage teachers to change their educational concepts,improve the ability to teach ideological and political theories in all courses,and foster a strong sense of education.On the other hand,the colleges should strengthen the top-level design,actively construct the educational mechanism of ideological and political cooperation,improve the guarantee mechanism,and perfect the incentive mechanism.In this way,the ideological and political courses and teaching ideological and political theories in all courses will cooperate with each other to further improve the quality of education.
