地方高职院校智慧校园建设实践及思考——以阜新高等专科学校为例

Practice and Thinking on the Construction of Smart Campus in Local Higher Vocational Colleges

地方高职院校是职业人才培养的重要教育机构,为地方经济发展输送大量职业人才。推动地方职业院校智慧校园建设工作,是“互联网+教育”新业态下的应有之义。但在现实操作中,智慧校园建设面临投入不足、技术薄弱及各主体协同不畅等困境,这导致智慧校园建设受阻,无法有效适应信息化时代的职业教育升级需求。基于此,地方高职院校要全面分析智慧校园内涵、特征,通过构建云教育平台、加强多部门协同、健全“三通两平台”的方式,提高自身智慧校园的建设水平。

Local higher vocational colleges are important educational institutions for vocational personnel training,conveying a large number of professional talents for the local economic development.Promoting the construction of smart campus in local vocational colleges is an integral part of the new business form of"Internet+education".However,the construction of smart campus is faced with difficulties such as insufficient investment,weak technology and poor coordination of various subjects,which leads to the failure to adapt to the needs of vocational education upgrading in the information age.Based on this,local higher vocational colleges should comprehensively analyze the connotation and characteristics of the smart campus,and improve the construction level of their own smart campus by building a cloud education platform,strengthening the multi-department coordination,and improving the three links and two platforms.
