摘要 大型数据中心属于一类负荷中的重要负荷,对供电可靠性要求非常高,除采用双电源供电,还配备有应急电源系统,满足N-1原则的传统备用电源自投(以下简称“备自投”)装置已不能满足需求。首先,分析了常规备自投的局限性。然后,结合具体工程对备自投硬件部分进行设计,同时在主变压器过负荷时考虑主供电源失电、开关拒动等N-2故障情况,设计了备自投切换逻辑,以满足数据中心高供电连续性的需求。最后,通过RTDS(实时数字仿真系统)仿真验证了装置可行性,为数据中心采用备自投装置提高供电可靠性提供了设计参考。 As important loads in first-class loads,the large data center demands a highly reliable power supply.In addition to a dual power supply,the center is also equipped with an emergency power supply system.The traditional busbar automatic transfer switch(BATS)that meets the N-1 principle can no longer satisfy the demand of the cen⁃ter.First of all,the paper analyzes the limitations of conventional BATS;then,the hardware of the BATS is de⁃signed based on specific engineering practice.Moreover,the switch logic of the automatic switchover is designed to meet the demand of the center for high power supply continuity under the condition of N-2 contingencies such as overload of the main transformer,power loss of the main power supply,failure to operate and so on.Finally,the fea⁃sibility of the device is verified by RTDS(real time digital simulator)to provide a design reference for the data cen⁃ter to improve the power supply reliability through BATS in the future.
