基于碰撞信号的锅炉局部结渣诊断研究

摘要 对于发电厂锅炉普遍存在的受热面结渣现象,提出了一种以压电式加速度传感器测量落渣撞击信号,从而判断冷灰斗水冷壁所受落渣冲击的大小和位置的方法。为验证该方法的准确性,在实验室搭建了模拟的锅炉水冷壁落渣场景,通过在冷灰斗4个位置对称布置加速度传感器,测得4个振动起始时间和最大振幅,以此来判断落渣大致区域,同时通过计算拟合得到渣块与冷灰斗间的碰撞系数。在某发电厂锅炉安装传感器进行现场试验,结果表明该方法具有较好的定位和测量落渣质量的效果。 In view of widespread slagging on heating surfaces of boilers in power plants,the paper introduces a piezoelectric acceleration sensor for slag impact signal measurement to determine the size and position of the impact of slag on the water wall of the cold ash hopper.In order to verify the accuracy of the method,the slag on boiler wa⁃ter wall was simulated in a laboratory.By the symmetric arrangement of the acceleration sensors in four positions of the cold ash hopper,the four vibration starting times and the maximum amplitudes were measured to judge the fallen slag's approximate area.Moreover,the impact coefficient between the slag block and the cold ash hopper was obtained by calculation fitting.Finally,a sensor was installed in a boiler for on-site test in a power plant.The results show that the method can well locate and measure the slag mass.
