ECS-700控制系统在超超临界机组中的应用

摘要 介绍了首次采用DCS(分散控制系统)与DEH(汽轮机数字电液控制系统)一体化设计的ECS-700控制系统基本架构,对其软硬件性能作了测试与分析,对系统在超超临界机组中的实际应用情况和可靠性设计作了论述,并提出了相关的可优化项目。对中控ECS-700控制系统的性能测试与实际应用表明,其在主要性能以及主要应用功能方面已基本满足电力行业标准的要求,可为采用同类型分散控制系统的电站调试、运行与维护提供参考。 The basic architecture of the ECS-700 control system that integrates DCS and DEH for the first time is in⁃troduced,and its hardware and software performance is tested and analyzed.Besides,the application and reliability design of the system in ultra-supercritical units are discussed,and relevant optimization items are proposed.The performance tests and practical application of the ECS-700 control system show that it can meet the requirements of the power industry standards in terms of main performance and main application functions,and that it can provide a reference for the commissioning,operation and maintenance of power plants using the same type of distributed con⁃trol system.
