甘肃省数字经济发展水平测度及其对产业结构升级的影响

Measuring the Level of Digital Economy Development in Gansu Province and Its Impact on the Upgrading of Industrial Structure

采用主成分分析法测度了2011—2018年甘肃省数字经济发展水平,使用固定效应模型分析甘肃省数字经济发展对产业结构升级的影响,结果表明甘肃省数字经济发展水平对产业结构升级有显著的正向影响。其次以经济发展水平为门槛变量构建门槛效应模型分析甘肃省数字经济发展对产业结构升级的非线性影响,结果表明随着经济发展水平的提高,甘肃省数字经济水平对产业结构升级的正效应慢慢增大。最后提出政策建议:甘肃省应大力支持数字经济发展,不断完善数字基础设施建设,加大对数字产业的投入,提高数字金融普惠发展水平,促进数字经济成为产业结构升级的新动力。

Firstly,principal component analysis was used to measure the level of digital economy development in Gansu Province from 2011-2018.Then a fixed-effects model was used to analyze the impact of digital economy development on industrial structure upgrading in Gansu Province,and the results showed that the level of digital economy development in Gansu Province had a significant positive impact on industrial structure upgrading.Secondly,a threshold effect model is constructed using the level of economic development as the threshold variable to analyse the non-linear impact of digital economy development on industrial structure upgrading in Gansu Province,and the results show that as the level of economic development increases,the positive effect of the level of digital economy on industrial structure upgrading in Gansu Province slowly increases.Finally,policy recommendations are put forward:Gansu Province should strongly support the development of digital economy,continuously improve the construction of digital infrastructure,increase investment in digital industry,improve the level of development of digital financial inclusion,and promote the digital economy as a new driving force for industrial structure upgrading.
