智能制造背景下的卷烟企业能源管理应用研究

摘要 目前智能制造已成为制造业转型升级实现高质量发展的趋势和方向,卷烟工厂是烟草行业产业链中的关键环节之一,直接体现了烟草行业的技术水平、装备水平和信息化现状水平,针对企业能源管理的现状和管理需求,对现有能源管理系统进行升级改造,通过对能耗数据的采集、监测和管理,能够有效加强企业能源管理过程中各种动态变化的研究与分析,实现企业能耗的精细化管理和能源的有效利用,为科学用能、实现节能降耗提供决策依据。 At present,smart manufacturing has become a trend and direction for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry to achieve high-quality development,and cigarette factories are one of the key links in the industrial chain of the tobacco industry,directly reflecting the level of technology,equipment and informationization status quo level of the tobacco industry.For the current situation and management needs of the enterprise energy management,upgrading the existing energy management system,through the collection,monitoring and management of energy consumption data,it can effectively strengthen the research and analysis of various dynamic changes in the process of energy management of the enterprise and achieve the refined management of enterprise energy consumption and the effective use of energy,and provide a decision-making basis for the scientific use of energy and the realization of energy saving and consumption reduction.
